Nesta terça (12) a Television Academy anunciou os indicados a 74ª edição do Emmy Awards, apresentados pelos atores J.B Smoove e Melissa Fumero. Como grande novidade foi anunciada que a edição deste ano teve recorde de inscritos ao prêmio.
Succession (2018 – atualmente), com 25 indicações, Ted Lasso (2020 – atualmente), The White Lotus (2021), com 20 indicações cada, Hacks (2021 – atualmente) e Only Murders In The Building (2021 – atualmente), ambas com 17, formam o top 5 de produções mais indicadas ao prêmio. A HBO sai na frente na disputa, com três das cinco séries mais indicadas em seu catálogo: Succession, Hacks e The White Lotus.
A premiação ocorrerá dia 12 de setembro, e até o momento não foi anunciado nenhum apresentador.
